On 18 March, the with works of Brahms will be released on the harmonia mundi label. In the violin concerto, she is accompanied by Daniel Harding and the MCO.

The MCO performes regulary with Isabelle Faust. In an interview with the orchestra's magazin ON TOUR, Isabelle Faust described her fruitful collaboration with the MCO and Daniel Harding in 2008 thusly: "The concerts with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra were one of the high points of my year! Musically, and personally as well, I was able to feel at home – it’s unusual to see such harmony among orchestra, conductor and soloist. It was a real stroke of luck! (...) I am looking forward to the concert tour and recording of the Brahms violin concerto with Daniel Harding in February 2010 and am excited to embark on a journey of discovery together, diving into a whole new world…”
